Working out is only part of the equation. Eating healthily and consistently is a major part of designing a healthier lifestyle. There is only so much that going to the gym will do that will help us in our fat loss or muscle gain goals. At some point, we need to look at nutrition.

This entire program revolves around habit change and self awareness. There’s a lot that goes into realizing your habits, thoughts and how you respond to outside stressors that may trigger certain eating patterns. This year long program helps you to uncover those habits.

What ProCoach is:

ProCoach is a proven 12 month program to help you go through dramatic, yet sustainable, changes in eating and exercising habits with me to guide you. After almost a decade in the fitness industry, I’ve seen many fads come and go and this is the only program that I’ve ever seen that actually creates LASTING change.

It’s about taking strategic daily habits that are specifically formulated to help lose fat or gain muscle, feel more energetic, build self-confidence through strategic victories, and change your life that will easily fit into your busy lifestyle.

This program is designed for busy people, moms and dads, professionals, anyone that wants to get into the best shape of their lives for the rest of their lives.

It’s for people that are able to hold themselves accountable with a structured nutritional program based in habit formation, working with a coach to help keep them consistent.

ProCoach is designed to strategically improve your lifestyle through daily habits, without the crazy diets or exercise programs, that fit into your day to day life.

This program is also for those folks who may feel like they’ve hit a wall and aren’t sure what to do next. Maybe you’ve stopped losing weight, maybe you’ve hit a wall with your strength gains, maybe you just want to see what this program can do for you.

What this program isn’t:

It isn’t “quick fix” to lose some weight for a vacation or photo shoot.

This is not a short-term, "get rich quick" system, this is a long-term process that will help develop the habits needed to live a longer and healthier lifestyle.

This isn't a program for people who aren’t willing to take 10-15 minutes out of every day to make lasting changes in their lives.

This program is NOT for fitness or figure models, professional bodybuilders, or high level athletes training for a specific sport. This is also not for people that already have extremely established, consistent habits on a daily basis. If you’re already very consistent in your eating habits and exercise program, this also isn’t for you.

Will this program work for you?

If you stick to the plan and follow the recommendations for the whole year then yes, you WILL get results. But, you’re in control here. You have to make the commitment to yourself to make the changes to see those results.

No one really wants to say the obvious, that this takes a lot of hard work, determination and, most importantly, time to make changes. It’s not easy, but it is possible!

If you want to lose weight, feels better, be less stressed and get more sleep, then we can do that working together.

That’s my promise. In fact, I guarantee it. If you adhere to the program for the entire year and follow the habits and lessons at least 80% of the time, if you don’t feel your best by the end of the year, I’ll give you a full refund.

How it works:

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email to fill out your intake form. This is all the basic stuff that you’d fill out to make sure that you’re physically able to participate in the program. There are also a few questions in there that will let me know where you are mentally and what your goals are.

Once you fill that out and submit it, you’ll get an email on the following Monday to start your program!

All you have to do is, log in and start reading. It’s that simple. The system is fully automated and will do all the heavy lifting for you. Well, you have to do the heavy lifting in the gym…

Every day you’ll get an email with a daily lesson. Every two weeks, you’ll receive a new habit. Some of these will seem ridiculously easy. And THAT’S THE POINT! In the beginning, it’s just about getting in the habit to log in and take the time to read the lessons of the day. Remember what I said earlier about strategic victories? These are vitally important to lay the foundation for future habits. The habits and lessons will get more challenging in the future, so let’s learn to walk before we run!

This is the best part, the meat and potatoes of the program. Everyday you’ll have some reading, anywhere between 10-15 minutes worth, one habit to perform and every now and then, a check in questionnaire to fill out to see what we need to work on together or just feedback in general. Every time you complete a lesson, your responses are sent to me and I'll provide some feedback. Sometimes it will be a high five on doing good work, other times it will be more thought provoking feed back with things to work on. I'll always be there to guide you.

It’s really that simple. Just 52 weeks of change.

Throughout this program you’re going to have questions, it’s perfectly natural when starting something new. I’ll always be there to help out however I can. If you look at the photo above, you’ll notice a few links. There’s one in particular that says, “Contact your coach”. This link will allow you to email me directly with all of your questions, comments or concerns. Also, you’ll notice that there’s a link that says, “Course Archive”. Should you miss a lesson for a day or two, you can click there and go back to it to see what you’ve missed. It’s important to go there occasionally to see if you’ve missed anything. This will also factor into your compliance!

You’ll also notice that there’s no meal plans. Meal plans aren’t that helpful in this situation. People tend to feel too restricted or that if they miss a meal or that they eat off of it that they’ve failed. This isn’t what this program is about. “Failure” isn’t something that we do. It’s about making sustainable changes for the rest of your life. This means that YOU get to choose what foods are best for you, with my help.

Why is this program better than going out and getting a book or following a weird diet on the Internet? If you take a look at your life, and at the lives of people that are where you would like to be, you’ll notice that reading an article or a book rarely changes people. Most people are transformed by having someone work directly with them, someone that’s been in the trenches and has done the work. If you can do it on your own through reading a book or article, great! That’s amazing and I support you in that. But if you’re having a hard time putting that knowledge into action, this might be a good program for you.

There are probably a few of you out there that have some experience in gyms and working with diets, and they still get great results with this program. That’s because these programs are designed to work with each client and not a one size fits all type approach. Sometimes all people need to find change is to hand over the reins to someone else, so they don’t have to worry about it. Taking something off your plate may be the best thing ever!
