Welcome Back!

July 4th Weekend!

Welcome back everyone, I hope that you all had a WONDERFUL weekend. I don't know about you but, I'm ready to get back into it. I've missed you all and working out in our garage gym.

Happy 4th from Megan and me! (Bass Lake, CA)

This weekend was a pretty good test of our choices. We all were probably surrounded by plenty of food that doesn't really fit with our typical "healthy" eating habits. I know that I was.

I made plenty of not so good choices. And that's ok!

If you made not so good choices, that's ok too!

Here's your next step: Eat as many vegetables as you can over the next 3 days

Eat them any way you can. Eat them raw. Eat them cooked. Eat them in a salad (double veggie bonus!!!) Eat them green, eat them red, eat them blue. Eat them, eat them, Sam I am.

I'm not sure what happened there, I think Dr. Seuss channeled me there.

Anyway, eat them. Make it a game. Try to win this game by getting as MUCH as you possibly can. This game is meant for a few things. It's going to get your brain focused on vegetables again, and as we know, veggies are important (that's what my mom tells me anyway). It will also help get your gut bacteria back on track. You'll start to feel the sugar and carb cravings less, and you'll find yourself craving the fiber and veggies which is better for you!

Let me know what your score was!
