..and sprints are a rough combo. Even though it was rough, it was a GREAT workout. 

Today, we're going to work on a skill a bit. Some Turkish Get Ups. These are meant to work on; balance, flexibility, coordination, strength, core and much more. TGU's are a challenging movement that are not only fun, but they do a great job of finding holes in our movement. 

So let's work a bit on mobility and movement today. 

Let's get after it.
