Friday is finally here!

And that means our next installment of...

Fast Tip Friday!

This week, let's get some cardio in. Every night this week, let's go out and get just 10 minutes of some intervals. Go for a 5 minute walk to warm up, then for the next ten minutes do 15 seconds of as fast as you can running followed by 45 seconds of walking. That's it! Doesn't sound challenging, does it? Give it a try and let me know how it goes. 

This extra 15 minutes of movement a day can make a pretty big difference in your caloric deficit. Plus, it's been really nice out! Did I mention that already? ;)
