Whew!

Whew!

Yesterday was tough.

But that’s ok! As I’ve mentioned before, every now and then we’re going to have some tough ones, and every now and then we’re going to have some easy ones. Today we’re going to dial it back a bit, well intensity wise. It’s going to be a challenging day with all the swinging involved, but it’ll be easy compared to yesterday. Let’s have some fun with it.

Also, it’s day two of Bring a Friend, so lets get some friends and family in here and let them know about Get Fit{Camp}. We’re going to be having a Foundations Class on January 21st, we’ve already got one person signed up for, so it’s a great time to get a few more folks into the gym so we can grow! Let’s grow this tribe!
