I love me some Juli Bauer at Paleomg.  She cracks me up, and makes me think.  This is a great article about thighs and some of the latest trends in young girls.  Read it (linked again for emphasis).




Daily Dose

4 rounds:

3 Minutes to run 250m with a sandbag, then the remainder of the time,
max reps push ups.
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
