Every now and then, I come across something that just screams at me, “EAT ME!!!”.  This is one of those times.  So when am I doing this, you ask?  Well, it IS barbecue weather…

Daily Dose

Mobility work for 30 minutes, then:

8 min AMRAP:
7 Shoot throughs
14 Weighted lunges

Obviously the goal here is to go hard.  100% effort in these 8 minutes.  Post rounds to comments.  PUSH!!!!
