I’m not going to pretend that I know what goes through your heads on a daily basis, what you’re thinking, how marketing affects you and your self image.  I know that it’s a struggle a lot of times, trying to live up to the social standard.  I could sit here and tell you what you should think, or how beautiful and unique you are, or how who cares what the social standards are (because they suck.  Remember, marketing isn’t about making you feel better, it’s about making you feel bad so you shop.), because in the end, I’m a man and a man will never understand what you have to go though.  So today, I’m linking this article for you.  Juli Bauer is an amazing athlete, coach and blogger.  You can follow her on her blog at PaleOmg, and I recommend you follow her.  She’s funny and has amazing recipes.  Enjoy.
