I’ll make you cry if I want to!  Hahaha, kidding.  It’s my birthday and so today we’ll be doing a “special” workout.  If you haven’t done the baseline workout for the challenge yet, you’re going to be doing that today.  Keep track of your points and keep up the good work!

5×3 Push Jerk

3 Cleans
5 Push Presses
7 Back Squats
9 Deadlifts

All weights are (135/95)
