Legs!

How’s everyone’s legs feeling?  I was pretty sore yesterday, but feeling much better today.  With that in mind, let’s do some pull ups and sit ups.

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
3×10 Back squat (60 seconds rest)
1 burn out set

Get{Fit}
AMRAP 12 minutes:
5 Pull ups
10 Plate Sit Ups
100m Run with Plate
