Rest Day!

It’s been a good week so far, we’ve lifted some heavy stuff so we’re going to take a little break and get back at it tomorrow.

This commercial always makes me laugh…

Get{Strong}
Rest and L-Sit Practice

Get{Fit}
40 Burpees
60 Box Jumps (24/20)
80 KB Swings (55/35)
100 Sit Ups
400m Farmer Carry (45/30)
(Athlete may break up the movements however they’d like.)
