It’s cold outside…

I get it.  It’s cold, it’s dark and motivation gets a little lower this time of year.  But that doesn’t meant that you should put your health and fitness goals on the back burner.  Layer up and buck up!  You’re going to end up taking a few layers off anyway, working out makes you hot!  Get in here and stick to your plan.
