New things!

I’ve put a lot of thought into it and I’ve asked around, so there seems to be a lot of interest in weekend classes.  So, I’ve decided to add them in!  Saturdays from noon to 2, I’ll be starting an open gym type of format, where you can come in and work on whatever you’d like, or team up with a few people and put together a workout with them.  I’ll be there, “supervising”, to make sure that you all stay on track.

Also, starting on Sundays, we’ll be starting the GetFit{Barbell} Club.  This will also run from noon to 2(ish).  It’s going to be a day of working on mobility, form, power and strength.  There will be olympic lifts and power lifting.  Come on down and improve your lifts!

AMRAP 10mins:
100m Sprint
1 HSPU
100m Sprint
2 HSPU
100m Sprint
3 HSPU
100m SPrint
4 HSPU
continue this pattern for 10 minutes.

Score is total HSPUs.
