Oly Lifts

We’re going to be working on the clean today, slowly but surely perfecting our technique.  It takes time, so if you’re struggling a bit, we’ll get there, be patient.  It takes years to get good and a lifetime to perfect, the point is to be better than you were yesterday.  Lets get on it!

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
work up to a heavy power clean

Get{Fit}
3 Hang Power cleans every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.  Upon completion, run 800m.
