Double Unders

Working on double unders takes a lot of time and a lot of practice.  It took me a good year before I could start stringing them together.  But, here’s a great short video tutorial from Chris Spealler.  Give it a watch, we’re going to be doing them in the dose today so we’ll be practicing them a bit.

5×5 Push Press

Get{Fit}
21-15-9
Box Jump
Hang Power Clean
50 Double Unders after each round.
