Bulking up…

I know that a few ladies out there are very afraid of “bulking up” or “getting huge”.  I’m here to tell you that IT’S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! You’re not going to get bigger.  You’re not going to be huge.  You don’t have the testosterone required to get bulky.  You’re not training to powerlift or do strong man.  You’re a Crossfitter.  This is a perfect video on beauty in strength.  If you work hard, lift, and eat clean, you’re not going to get bulky, you’re going to get awesome.

Get{Strong}
5×3 Back Squat

Get{Fit}
EMOM 10 mins:
3 Back Squats @ 65% of your 5 RM

then:

4x200m sprints w/ 30 seconds rest
