Being a superhero

How easy is it?

Kidding aside, maybe all being a hero is, is having the mindset and courage to be a hero.  And being a hero doesn’t mean that you have to do big things, greatness comes in all sizes.  Do something small that’s big to someone else, could be easier than you think to be their hero for the day.

 

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
Weighted Dip 3×5 then, max reps at 75% of 5RM

Get{Fit}
3 RFT:
60 Double Unders
30 Sprinter sit ups
15 Push Ups
