Foam Rolling

Some of you may or may not be kind of sore after those front squats yesterday.  If not, lift heavier next time.  lol, I kid.  Anyway, my friends over at Garage Gym 702 posted this video the other day and I suggest you pull out your foam roller, dust it off, and use it the way he tells you to.  It’ll feel better later, trust me.  I did some major rolling on Sunday and I felt much better right after.  Jelly legs.  If you don’t have a foam roller, go get one.  Go!  I’ll wait…
