A friend of mine posted this on the facepage the other day and I really enjoyed the read.  It’s pretty long, but overall the message is great.  Give it a read, let me know what you’d like to start doing on that list to help make yourself more of a bad ass.

2 Rounds for time:

60 double unders
50 sit ups
40 KB Swings
30 push presses
20 med ball cleans
10 pull ups

    Finished today’s workout in 25:01! It was a tough one but felt good! Well, I may change my mind later when my muscles begin to hurt!!
