Not that Grace, the other one.  Grace is a Crossfit benchmark, named after one of the original Crossfit ladies.  Our grace has a different workout named for her, “The Peanut”.  But, we’ll get to that one another day.

As we continue to lift heavy this week, be sure that you’re eating enough food and sleeping as this will help in recovery.  Let’s lift heavy things!

Whole 30 is still going on!  We’re not that far into it, so if you’d like to join in and need some more information, contact me ASAP.

30 Clean and jerks for time (135/95; or for today, 50% of your 1 RM)
