And we’re back!

After another long weekend, we’re back at it!  It’s Bring a Friend week, so bring a few of your friends along and let’s share our misery, I mean ummm, joy!

We’re starting a new month next week already, my how time flies.  So, let’s really start thinking about some goals that we can put up on the board to be held accountable for.  Something measurable, challenging, yet attainable.  Something like beating your clean and jerk max, or losing 1-2% body fat, or achieving your first RX’d pull up or push up.  Goals can be performance based, attendance based, or nutritional based.  Think about it and start writing a few down, if you need help, ASK!  That’s what I’m here for.

Let’s get to work!
