Late Announcements

Sorry that this post is going up so late.  The server was down all day on Monday and I was in the City all day today visiting some friends in town.  Just as a heads up, I’m going to be out of town from Friday to Monday so there will be no classes those days.  Please plan your workouts this week accordingly.  I will be posting some body weight workouts for you to do on your own.  I expect you to do it! 😉

    Well, if I am remembering correctly, my time today was 22:56.

    And yesterday’s, based on a modified version of the posted workout, was 9:51.
