Wait, what?  That doesn’t make any sense.  We’re going to be doing some handstands today.  These are things that you can practice at home as well.  We’ll cover different ways to get into the inverted position, it’s important to be comfortable upside down and it’s fun!

4 RNDs:
400m Sprint
Accumulate 1 minute of handstand.
