Not too bad, eh?

Yesterday wasn’t too bad, right?  It’ll be harder and harder as we go, we’re just getting our bodies prepped for the work to come.  It’s going to be awesome.  For some motivation, I’ll be posting photos here of what the final positions of these movements are, for example here’s a Front Lever (FL):
