If you haven’t noticed, we’re doing some 1RM’s this week.  We’re going to see where we’re at and where we’d like to go in the future.  Today, front squats.  Tomorrow, THE WORLD!

50 Double Unders
10 Front Squat (@ 50% of your 1RM)
