Turkish get ups are fun!  I really do enjoy them as a fully body, slow strengthening movement.  Let’s get some work done!

Daily Dose

Work up to a heavy set of 3 Turkish Get Ups

800m Sprint
15 KB Swings
400m Sprint
20 KB Swings
200m Sprint
25 KB Swings
