So, I’ve been fighting a cold for the past week or so.  I was getting better and now I feel like crap again.  Anyone out there have home remedies that they’d like to share?  I could use something since meds are no longer working…

Daily Dose

5×5 Weighted Dips

For Time:
60 Push Ups
80 Hollow Rocks
100 Jump Squats
Run 1 Mile
(athlete may break up the workout however they’d like)
