A small change…

You  might have noticed a small change in programming.  We’re taking a small break on the Get{Strong} portion of the programming for a short period of time and we’re going to be working on slightly longer Get{Fit} programming for a month or so.  We’ll get back to our regularly scheduled programming after these messages…

Warm Up:
200m Run
60 Jumping Jacks
200m Run
30 Jumping Jacks
200m Run
PVC/Mobility

Get{Fit}
EMOM 14 minutes
8 Burpees on the odd minutes
10 HPS on the even minutes
