Recipe

I’ve posted some photos of stuffed peppers that I’ve made from scratch on my own and I’ve never really followed a recipe.  Everyday paleo recently posted one here, that looks pretty good too!  Give it a shot!

For time:
100m Run
200m Run
400m Run
800m Run
Equal work rest times.  Time is including rest.
