Whew!  

It’s been a couple of tough days!  I don’t know about you, but I feel pretty dang good, even though I’m beat up.  That said, how’s your recovery?  Are you sleeping enough?  How’s your diet?  Are you foam rolling or getting massages?  All of this is important in the recovery process in order to keep moving forward in out training.  SO, let’s keep up the hard work in the gym and the recovery at home!  If you don’t have a foam roller in the house, feel free to hang out after class and use the gyms.  That’s what they are there for after all!
