What makes you better at your sport, or your job? What makes you better at your hobbies or, quite frankly, anything that you do? Consistency. Showing up and doing the work. Practicing. Going to practices, doing the drills, hitting the shots, doing the work. If you want to get better at whatever you do, you have to be consistent.
Where’s he going with this? You may be wondering. I’ve noticed a trend recently. People showing up once, twice a week. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you will not see results only showing up once or twice a week! You have to be consistent. You have to show up. You have to put in the work. I don’t want to sound like a nagging father here but believe it or not, I really do want you to succeed! I want you to be a badass. I want you to sprint fast, lift heavy, jump high and move well. I want you to reach your fitness goals. So, what can I do to help? How can I help get you here on a regular basis? I really want you to succeed, so tell me what I can do.
