Recipe

I really dig on the recipes that you can find over at Everyday Paleo.  This one looks interesting and I’d love to try it!  I’m a fan of marinades and BBQing, so I’ll have to give this a shot.

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
10×3 weighted dip.  Work up to a heavy set of three.

Get{Fit}
Tabata (20 seconds on/10 seconds off for 8 rounds at each station):
Box Jumps
Wall Ball
SDHP
Front Squats
