The Crossfit total is three attempts each at the following. Back squat, dead lift and press. We’ll be spending about 15 minutes on each, so warm up to your working weights quickly, then take about 3-4 minutes between each attempt. Every attempt counts, so before you start your lift, make sure it counts.
