Recipe

I’m not sure anyone has caught on yet, but I post recipes on Thursday and save the thoughtful stuff for Monday through Wednesday.  Fridays are for funnies.  Sometimes more so than others, but I don’t care.  Lol.  Anyway, I meandered across this on the facepage today and it looks amazing.  Simple and full of flavor.  I think I’m going to try it, but with flavored balsamic and oils.  I pick up flavored oils from Whole Foods; hazelnut, avocado, macadamia, etc.  Maybe even play with different ingredients and add in figs or dates.  Maybe a bacon layer.  Mmmmmm… Bacon…

Daily Dose

AMRAP 20 mins:

Odd minutes:
6 Sandbag front squats
7 Burpees

Even Minutes:
8 Push Presses
9 Mountain Climbers (each leg)

If you do not complete a round in the minute, rest the following minute.
