Out of office

The gym is closed today and tomorrow!  I’ll be in the City, enjoying the heat up there… Yay…  Anyhoo, here’s a home workout for you!

Daily Dose

Get{Fit}
25-20-15-10-5
Burpees
Between each set, WALK 100m.
(Yes, I know you hate burpees)
