Recipe

As some of you know, I’m a bit of a cook and a foodie.  I love food.  Cooking it and eating it.  Sometimes in that order.  Sometimes…  Anyway, I came across this and it sounds amazing.  I may have to give it a try tomorrow morning…  Again, I love PaleOMG.  She’s funny and has great recipes.  Check it out and try it out!

7 Sandbag Squats
Sprint 100m
7 Body Rows

I know that 7 body rows doesn’t sound so bad, so what we’re going to do is get really low and make them very hard.  Post times to comments.

    That is true, not today, but you sort of forgot that last set of body rows so were off to a late start on that one and those sandbags were a bit heavy for lifting overhead! I was impressed that you decided to go with the heavier weight!! 🙂
