I love spinach.  I use it in a lot of my dishes that I cook; mix it with eggs, use it in place of pasta for “spaghetti” dishes (just put the pasta sauce on it), sauté, etc.  These are just some of the benefits of this delicious vegetable.

Just as a reminder, I’m going to be out of town tomorrow till Monday.  I will be posting bodyweight workouts for you to do at home.  And yes, I expect you to do them.  Better post your times on here, or else! Muahahahaha!!!

    Did 6 rounds in 30 minutes! What a killer of a workout – hard on my arms – but I survived. Wasn’t sure I would make it but did!!
