Repeat

As I’ve mentioned in the classes, we’re going to be repeating some of the workouts to get the volume in.  So today we’re repeating the workout from Monday.  If you haven’t done it yet, come in and have some fun!  If you have done it, come in and have some fun!  Also note if the movements feel easier or if the mobility portion goes better for you as well.  See you soon!
