Rest Day

It more or less worked out to be a rest day for everyone, so take it.  But be proactive about things. Go out for a long walk, it’s beautiful outside.  Stop and smell the roses.  Get some mobility in, foam roll, get a lacrosse ball and stick it in all those painful, tight places and roll them out.  Go to a yoga class.  Loosen up and relax.  Trust me, being more mobile and rested will do WONDERS for your health and performance in the long run.

Daily Dose

Go to and do some research on a body part that’s bugging you and do the exercises that he recommends.  Kelly is an amazingly smart guy and knows what he’s talking about.  Get on it!
