Attendance Challenge!!!

Last day of the attendance challenge, who’s it going to be?!  Stay tuned for the winner!

This weeks weekly challenge, I want you to foam roll EVERY DAY.  I know, I’m a slave driver.  A solid 10 minutes every day this week.  5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes at night.  It’s not that hard and you’ll thank me for it.  DO IT.

400m Run (Go at about 80%, not a full sprint)
15 KB Swings
Rest 2 Minutes
