How did we do on our last weeks challenge? This past week, I got almost 8 hours of sleep every night, but I didn’t do a great job with the foam rolling. It’s definitely something that I NEED to work on.
This week, we’re goin to work on something that I’ve been doing on my personal FB page. Everyday, I post something that I’m grateful for. It doesn’t have to be anything major every day, like family or friends. It could be something as simple as your toothbrush. Let’s be honest, healthy teeth is pretty important, right? So, take a look at your life every day and post one thing that you’re grateful for. Give it a shot!
