So.  Tired…

Wow, that was a rough weekend.  The Tough Mudder was a lot of fun and I’d do it again in a heart beat.  It was just a little more difficult than I thought.  Next time, I’ll spend more time running in preparation.  lol.  See you all in the gym!

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
6×5 Pause Squat (0,5,0)
Lower to the bottom of the squat, hold it for 5 seconds, and stand.

10 Single Leg DL (L)
200m Sprint
10 Single Leg DL (R)
