Sometimes it burns. Sometimes you feel like you can’t finish. Sometimes it just plain sucks.
But you make it. You finish. You live to fight another day. Don’t let that little voice in your head tell you that you can’t. You tell that voice to shut up and get back to work…
The weekly challenge this week is to do 30 air squats and 20 push ups(scaled accordingly) after every meal. No excuses. Find a way to make this work. When I worked in an office job back in Vegas, whenever we had challenges like this I’d go up to the third floor because it was vacant. I could do all my burpees, pushups, whatever, that I needed to do on breaks or lunch. Do it!
