New Week!

New friends! This #BAF was super successful.  Lots of new faces and we’ve gained a few new friends.  Welcome everyone.  For those of you that are new, be sure to schedule your Foundations course.  If you have any questions as to what that is and when you can do it, please don’t hesitate to ask.

It’s going to be another good week and I’m looking forward to hitting it hard this week.  Let’s get it going!

Get{Strong}
4×15 Pull Ups

Get{Fit}
AMRAP 10:
3 Goblet Squats
3 Rows each arm
5 Goblet Squats
5 Rows each arm
7 Goblet Squats
7 Rows each arm
9 Goblet Squats
9…. Continue that pattern for 10 minutes
