New Stuff!!!

So, after about a week hiatus, I’m back at the computer and programming like mad.  With that in mind, there will be a few changes.  Here we go!

From now on, there will be (on most occasions) two sections of the Daily Dose.  The Get Strong section and the Get Fit section.  The Get Strong section will be some sort of weightlifting.  Cleans, presses, snatches, deadlifts, etc. in many different rep schemes and types.  So, if it says: 5×3 cleans, that’s 5 rounds of 3 reps.  The last three reps should be pretty miserable.  If it’s a heavy squat day, you should be walking funny afterward.  The Get Fit section will be like what we’ve been doing in the past.  Reps, rounds, etc. the usual.  The goal is to focus more on a more complete strength and conditioning program.

Daily Dose

Get Strong:
5×3 cleans (full squat)

Get Fit:
21-15-9
Box Jumps
15-12-9
Cleans (75% of your final 3)
