Yay!

It’s Friday and BAF #3!  Is anyone else kind of excited?!  I know that I am.  So, it’s a partner wod day, let’s get some partner stuff going!

Daily Dose

Get{Fit}
Partner Workout:
AMRAP 8:
One person sprints 200m while the other does AMRAP burpees
Rest 5 minutes then:
AMRAP 8:
One partner planks for one minute while the other partner does AMRAP wall balls.
Score is total reps.
