Still Gone…

Today is my last day in Florida.  I think I’m going to top it off with some paddle boarding and maybe a beer or two on the beach even.  Don’t be jealous…  As per the norm, I’m including a body weight work out for you while I’m gone.  I noticed that only one person posted their times on Friday, which means that you either didn’t do the workout, or you didn’t post your times.  Either way, it’s going to be a rough week… 😉

Anyway, this weekend has reminded me how important family is to me more and more as I grow older.  After long discussions, after a few drinks (and some without), I’ve decided that this list is pretty darned accurate, especially when it comes to family.  I know that not always is it one hundred percent true, but I’d say that most relationships in life can be held up to this.

Daily Dose

3x max time plank (Get in the plank position and hold it for as long as you can.  Once you drop, stop the clock and rest for 3 minutes.  Repeat.)

Then:

5 RFT:

10 Push ups
20 sit ups
30 squats

    Had a good workout! It was a gorgeous morning at Cahalan Park though the wind made it a bit nippy!! Did the workout in 16:04.
