The Start!

It’s the first day of The Eat Clean and Train Dirty Challenge!  We’ll be taking measurements and doing the benchmark workout the first few days here this week.  If you can’t make it, come in at any time to make it up in the first few days.  BUT, get it in!  If you need some help with meals and things along those lines, go to the resources page on the website, or go to www.whole30.com for some guidance!

Daily Dose

Get{Strong}
5×3 Deadlift

Get{Fit}
“Eat Clean and Train Dirty”
AMRAP 11 minutes:
800m Run
75 Squats
50 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
AMRAP Burpees until the 11 minutes is up.
