A Delicious Treat!

Some of you might know that I have a bit of a sweet tooth.  I know, shocking!  I’m not really much of a cook/baker/sweet treat maker, but I have had the opportunity to be able to appreciate this because a good friend of mine loves trying out new recipes and is pretty darn good at it.  If you want a good treat to make for your family and friends, that’s delicious, easy to make (from what I hear), and Paleo goodness!  Give it a shot!

Also, this girl cracks me up.  It’s a good blog to follow.

Daily Dose

4 rounds with one minute at each station.  At the end of the last station, one minute of rest.

Box Jumps
Inverted Plank
Jump Rope
Sit up
