New Strength!

It’s a new week and the beginning of the second part of our strength cycle.  It’s going to be a great week and I’m looking forward to seeing all of you work!

Let’s get after it!

Important Dates:

Saturday, March 29th, the gym will be closed.  I’m heading out to Modesto for a kettle bell seminar.  I’m really looking forward to learning more ways to torture you, I mean, increase your fitness level!

Saturday, April the 5th is the official end of our Eat Clean, Train Dirty Challenge.  We’ll be meeting at the gym at noon that day, doing our benchmark workout, taking measurements and then having a BBQ!  Be sure to RSVP with you and your guests,  so I know how much meat to bring.  Everyone should bring their favorite side and adult recreational beverage!
